Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original condition and original packaging
• Returned within the 30-day return window
  

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.

Return Procedure
Returning an item is simple:

1. Contact us at support@handcraftblends.com to initiate your return request
2. Receive your return label via email with all necessary instructions
3. Ship your item using the provided label (return shipping is on us!)
4. Get your refund processed within one business day of us receiving and inspecting your return
5. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you, contact us immediately at support@handcraftblends.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Used or opened products
• Items damaged by the customer
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)
• Sale items or clearance products
• Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address immediately after placing your order, simply cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address. If the order was already processed you must place a new order with the correct address and return the original order for a full refund.
