Organic Sesame Carrier Oil

Like the label on this product says, this is 100 pure and natural organic sesame oil. I chose this sesame oil because it is a good carrier oil for essential oil therapy. You cant use essential oils such as peppermint or lavender on your skin without them being diluted with a carrier oil for safety and well-being. A 2-3 dilution is best, and the general rule is to aim for one drop of essential oil per one teaspoon of carrier oil. Thats a manageable amount of oil for a single use, and sesame oil has natural benefits for nails, skin, and hair in and of themselves. Sizable 8oz amount, 100 organic, and not tested on animals. Cant wait to try skin application of all my favorite essential oils for relaxation and supple skin!

I looked at my ayrveda skin type (dry) and got sesame oil. At night I do an epsom salt scrub first and then apply the oil. I see a nice change in my skin texture.

Good oil recommended to mix with your castor oil to moisturize skin and fade age spot?

Great stuff...never used it. It dosent absorb fast so it's great for fascia blasting. I use it all over my body....head to toe...even my hair.

I love this product, I have been using oil instead of lotion on my skin and my skin has never been smoother.
