Has a strong scent which in small areas may give some people issues with headache or nausea. Very hard to tell how well it works on mice yet as it will take a while to notice.
I love tea tree oil. And I love that this is certified organic and 100 pure and natural. I think it's a great value and worth the purchase.
I'm reviewing Handcraft Blends Cold-Pressed Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil - 4 Fl Oz (Set of 2). The bottles arrived safely packaged in a box, one compartment for the oil, and the other for the glass dropper. This is my first time trying pumpkin seed oil. The oil has golden yellow tint to it (see photo). I used the dropper and spread a drop onto my skin, and it spread nicely, I didn't find it to be heavily oily and was absorbed well. It created a nice barrier over my skin long enough to maintain moisture, but not too long where greasiness lingered. This is a great addition to my regular skin care. I believe this is also great for hair, but I'm afraid it may add weight to my hair as conditioner. It would make an excellent hair pack. With two bottles in the set, this will last me a long time. I'm very happy with this product.
This pumpkin seed oil absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling soft without a greasy residue. It has a nice, light texture that makes it easy to work into the skin. The consistency does seem thinner compared to some other oils, which may be completely normal for pumpkin seed oil, but its worth noting depending on how and where its being applied. For general skincare, the lighter feel works well and makes it more versatile. The glass bottle is a nice touch, giving it a quality feel while also keeping the oil well-preserved. Overall, a solid option for those looking for a lighter, fast-absorbing oil.
Very nice. You can smell it in the box. Placed the bottle next to a pen for those like me that have depth perception issues.
This pumpkin seed oil from Handcraft Blends is truly high quality. It has no noticeable scent, feels pure and natural, and absorbs very quickly without leaving any greasy residue. The skin becomes soft, smooth, and velvety after application, which makes it perfect for hair, skin, and nails care. The packaging is well-designed, and the long glass dropper makes application very convenient and precise. It is cold-pressed, 100 pure and natural, and certified organic, which adds extra confidence in the products safety and effectiveness. A great choice for daily nourishment.
This is a dark oil in a dark amber glass bottle, not thick and works well with the provided dropper. I ordered two 4 oz. bottles at once, so its a good price for 8 ounces of organic, hexane-free, cold pressed pumpkin seed oil. This is undiluted and pure oil without any additives or fillers. I have other oils from Handcraft and they always deliver great quality. Since this is not a blend, I love adding this to some body lotion to give my dry skin an extra nourishing and moisturizing bump. Sometimes I use it alone on my legs and feet and although it takes a little bit of time to sink in, the results are amazing with the dryness gone. As for my hair, I give attention to my scalp with this oil, massage it in and let it sit for an hour, then shower shampoo. This has a mild, kind of nutty scent to it that doesnt linger so this oil really appeals to me. Pumpkin seed oil is popular for being versatile with benefits for the body, nails and hair so Im feeling pampered with this in my supply cabinet.
Pumpkin seed oil has become a staple in my hair care routine. I use it as a scalp treatment and occasionally as a light oil for my ends it absorbs nicely without leaving my hair greasy. Since going through the change of life this has been cricial in making my hair feel healthy again. Ive noticed less shedding and my hair feels stronger, softer, and more hydrated. While I have only been using this brand for a short time the quality seem good. I am used to my pumpkin seed oil being a more brown color while this one is more of a green but that is common and I don't think will effect the results. The oil itself is cold-pressed, organic, and has a mild, nutty scent that doesnt linger. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a while. I love knowing I'm using a natural, chemical-free product that actually delivers results. Highly recommend if you're looking for a natural boost to your hair routine!
This is a review for: "Handcraft Blends Cold-Pressed Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil in Glass Bottle - 4 Fl Oz (Pack of 2) - 100 Pure and Natural - Premium Grade Carrier Oil for Hair, Skin, Nails Body - Massage - Aromatherapy" I routinely order different type of carrier oil to try different things. I use essential oils to apply to my body and I like to massage my wife also at request so keeping carriers oils on hand to spike with different pure essential oils is necessary. My primary carrier oils is a high grade odorless coconut oil but i saw this 2-pack of pumpkin seed oil that I have never tried and wanted to give it a go. This claims to be 100 and cold-pressed which I have no way to validate but the oil feels silky smooth rubbing it together on my fingers, It feels much thinner than other oils I have used such as castor oil but feel the same and on par with high quality coconut oil. Right away I was expecting to have a bit of a pumpkin scent but to my surprise it was mostly odorless even less so than castor oil. This 2 pack with 2 4oz bottles gives an adequate sample amount enough to use for several uses to get an idea of whether you like it or not at a relatively good value for the amount. I can recommend this if you're curious as even if it doesn't suit you I think you can still use it until you need a refill of another carrier oil. This includes 2 4oz glass bottles with sealed caps and each bottle comes with a dropper insert lid as well.
I am loving my Handcraft Blends Cold-Pressed Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil (Pack of 2) - 4 OZ. The pack of (2) containers offers a great value! This Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil is undiluted (does not have any additives). The oil is chemical-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and hexane-free. Pumpkin Seed Oil is used for for essential oils mixing, hair care, skin care, aromatherapy, and massage. It's primarily known for its benefits for the hair, skin, and scalp (providing essential nutrients to hair, hydrating and moisturizing the it for a healthier look and feel). This oil adds a healthy shine to hair without feeling heavy or greasy. Pumpkin Seed Oil is cold-pressed and loaded with Vitamins which provide essential nourishment for the hair and skin. It can help moisturize and hydrate the skin while softening and smoothening the texture. The oil has a very light scent, and is easy to use and apply. I highly recommend this excellent quality oil!
This cassia oil is not what I expected. I am accustomed to cassia oil smelling very similar to cinnamon, this product, however, smells only slightly cinnamon adjacent. The fragrance of this oil smells, yeasty, slightly woody and sweet, with a slightly sour note that has a hint of cinnamon character to it. It smells almost exactly like Italian panettone bread, except with a woody background. I used the oil in a diffuser and I was initially on the fence, but after a few minutes, I found myself feeling a bit queasy from the smell. So ultimately, I dislike the fragrance, but since scent preferences are subjective, someone else may like it. At least it doesnt smell synthetic. The oil on the diffuser pad remained pungent for about three days. The viscosity is very thin for an oil and I was initially concerned that it would not disperse in carrier oil. But after adding a few drops to sweet almond oil and shaking it, the cassia oil blended evenly into the carrier oil and showed no signs of separating. At four ounces, the bottle is quite large and since cassia oil can be irritating if not highly diluted, if this is used for topical application with a carrier oil, the bottle should last for a very long time. The dropper top is a nice addition, making it easy to use.
This is a very pleasant smelling essential oil. The fragrance is very strong and the bottle contains 16 fl oz which is a good amount. The bottle came very well packed and sealed. However, I'd have liked it if it included a dropper, because it provides no way to pour the oil in drops or roll it on. You can use this oil for candle making or pour it into a diffuser, which is how I use it. At a dscounted price of 20.69 for a 16 fl oz bottle, this is a good deal.
Woah, 16 oz of eucalyptus oil for under 18 dollars? That is just 12 cents over a dollar an ounce! This stuff can't be great, right? Wrong. Clearly labelled with any warning or what the product has in it, this eucalyptus oil is great for all of your diy projects or diffuser needs. I actually use a few drops in my trash cans and vacuum cleaners too. Always careful that a product is safe to use, I went to this company's website handcraftblends.com and learned all I need to know to feel safe about this product. Information like, "Produced in an FDA-approved cGMP Facility, each of our signature offerings is totally paraben- and sulfate-free. And because we care about social responsibility, we take the time to make sure every ingredient is ethically sourced and produced in a cruelty-free way" and knowing this is a husbandwife owned company in Boca Raton helped make me love the product even more. If you love the clean smell of eucalyptus, this is a great price.
Why I ordered this item: I was looking for a versatile essential oil that I could use in our home diffuser and also with my wool dryer balls. Adding a few drops of peppermint oil is a great way to naturally freshen up laundry as an alternative to dryer sheets. Pros: This is a large 16 oz bottle, which offers a great value for the money. The oil has a strong, refreshing peppermint scent that works perfectly for aromatherapy and leaves laundry smelling clean. Its antimicrobial properties make it a great choice for towels and other items that can get musty. The bottle is well-designed and contained, preventing any messy leaks. Cons: - I have not encountered any downsides with this product so far. Would I pay full price for this product? Yes, absolutely. This is a great price for such a large quantity of quality essential oil. Final thoughts: This peppermint oil has been a game-changer for my laundry routine. It effectively adds a natural, refreshing fragrance without the harsher chemicals found in dryer sheets. It does its job well, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-value, versatile essential oil.
I make a lot of homemade gifts for the holidays and like to keep a variety of essential oils on hand for salves, massage oils, candles, soaps, and air fresheners. I ordered this "Eucalyptus Essential Oil - Huge 16 Fl Oz" by Handcraft Blends to include in some of my gifts. I live in the woods and also use eucalyptus to help soothe my bug bites. At 16 fl oz, this is a very large bottle of essential oil, which means I can be generous in my mixtures and projects. There are only two ingredients: triethyl citrate and eucalyptus oil. I didn't know what triethyl citrate was and read about it online. According to what I read, it's a mix of ethyl alcohol and citric acid. It's commonly used in perfumes as a natural solvent and in many skincare products. After reading about it, I felt comfortable using this oil in my homemade salves and massage oils. The oil comes in a brown plastic bottle with a screw-top lid and foil seal. I ordered it in August 2025, and the expiration date is July 2027, so I will have plenty of time to use it. The oil smells exactly as expected: pure eucalyptus with no other detectable notes. It glides smoothly over my skin, absorbs quickly, and performs exactly as I hoped. I wouldnt hesitate to order from this brand again because this is an excellent value for such a large quantity of eucalyptus oil.
Forget the gadgets and gimmicks. You dont need pricey diffusers or plug-ins for aromatherapy. All it takes is a small bowl of salt (Ice cream, Epsom, rock, or even table salt) and 2530 drops of essential oil. The salt holds and slowly releases the fragrance, filling the air with fresh, cleansing energy. Simple. Pure. Magical. Why I love this Eucalyptus Oil: Crisp, Clean Aroma Sharp, camphor-like freshness that instantly clears the air. Clarifying Refreshing Helps me feel awake and revitalized. Soothing Calming Eases tension and supports relaxation. Versatile Use Works in a diffuser, in salt bowls, or blended with lemonrosemary. Natural Cleanser Freshens air and surfaces with a purifying scent. Organic Pure USDA certified, ethically sourced, and steam distilled. This has quickly become one of my favorite essential oils. The scent is exactly what eucalyptus should becrisp, clean, and refreshing. Knowing its USDA organic, ethically sourced, and steam distilled makes me confident in its purity. I love using it with salt for an easy aromatherapy fix, or blending with citrus or rosemary for a spa-like feel. Energizing when I need focus, soothing when I need calmthis little bottle does it all.
This is a very large bottle of diluted essential oil so it can be used directly on the skin or in a diffuser. I tried both and had no irritation on my skin, but the scent was a little strong for me, and it worked well in my waterless diffuser. The scent is pleasant but does not smell like Lavender that I am used to and almost smelled like it was mixed with Eucalyptus but smells pleasant regardless. I know there are different species of Lavender and they do not list the specific Lavender used in this oil so I just may not be familiar with the scent of this species. The scent is strong so it can be diluted further without making it to faint so this bottle should last quite a while. To skin application, I will mix it with an unscented lotion so it isn't so potent.
I trust Handcraft Blends as a brand so I was excited to try their Organic Pumpkin Seed oil. Rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, I knew this oil would be a powerhouse. The package arrived packaged great. The oil itself is in a glass bottle and it arrived in a small white box that had a separate glass dropper attached to it. The oil is a dark amber color and its viscosity is close to jojoba oil. The major difference is that pumpkin seed oil leaves your skin feeling velvety while jojoba oil soaks right in, often without a trace. I loveeeee how smooth my skin feels with this oil. The only reason Im taking off a star is because Im not too fond of the scent alone. I will have to use an essential oil of my choice to cut down some of the earthy, nutty notes but outside of that, I love this oil. The smell is faint but Im sensitive to smells so thats the only reason why the scent stood out to me. Its not a smell that Im acquired to. Im excited to see how well it blends with raw Shea butter. The quality is great. It does exactly what organic pumpkin seed oil should do and it leaves your skin feeling supple and well moisturized. Your skin is going to loveee this oil! Would definitely recommend!
Because I use essential oils in various blends for my skin as well as in my air purifier, I look for USDA certification to avoid lesser quality products and snake oil salesmen. While I will use this spearmint in some of those blends my primary use for this spearmint is more practical. Pest control I dab some on cotton balls and place them anywhere spiders and other creepy crawlers might enter the house. I do the same and place them in my dry food pantry to take care of any moths that may have hitchhiked their way in inside of boxed or bagged grocery items. It's quite effective and perfectly safe. I'm liking this particular brand. Most importantly, it's potent and packaged in an amber glass bottle to keep it that way. The eye dropper dispenses even drops without leaking so I don't have an oily mess when using it. It's a keeper.
I'm an oil girl! I slug at night and anytime I'm working from home. First I cleanse, then I decide what treatment I'm doing (i.e. retinol), then moisturize and finally, I seal it all in with a nice oil. I also love to ramp up my lotions with oil because I have dry skin, so I add a few drops. And I have curly, porous hair so I add oil and keep it twisted in a bun for a few hours on wash day. After I wash my hair, it is so much more conditioned and less frizzy but the oil does not remain to make my hair feel greasy! THIS OIL is ORGANIC and just ONE ingredient, which makes this a really clean product. The bottle is huge, making this a great value and the oil is dark and rich, great for so many things. This would be great for your cuticles and heels too. Now, because this is just pumpkin seed oil, it has an earthy smell. It smells like raw pumpkin, probably not a favorite scent BUT, the smell disappeared 100 I think this is a great beauty oil!
I use the lavender oil in my diffuser, and it brings a soft, calming floral scent to the room. It feels gentle and relaxing, and I like having it around when I just want a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. The eucalyptus oil adds a clean, sharp freshness that is completely different from the lavender. Running it in the diffuser makes the space feel crisp and invigorating, which is nice when I want a fresher, more awake vibe. Having both oils on hand is great because they each suit different moods. They are easy to use, reliable, and make my home feel fresh and inviting whenever I run the diffuser.
Anyone who used diffusers knows this a staple oil to have on hand. It floral scent is appealing to many and it has relaxing qualities, plus It blends well with other oils which I appreciate since I like experimenting with blending scents. There are different kinds of lavender, so there is some variation in lavender oils scents. This does smell like lavender and is stronger than many so blending would tone it down if you wish. This will be a little harder to dispense since it does not have a dropper top and does not come with a glass dropper. Average glass droppers would not reach very far into the bottle.
