Camphor Essential Oil has a penetrating, cool, and refreshing aroma that’s great for aromatic projects, DIY candles or soaps, and creating invigorating blends in massage or body care when properly diluted. Its crisp scent can uplift your space or enhance body care routines with a cooling sensation.
-
Aromatic
Use camphor oil in diffuser blends or home aroma projects where a fresh, clear scent is desired. For diffuser use, start with 2–3 drops per 100 mL of water and adjust based on your preference. Camphor also pairs well with citrus and herbal oils in candles, reed diffusers, or room sprays.
-
Topical
For topical use, always dilute camphor essential oil in a carrier oil. A typical dilution for general body blends is up to 1–2% — about 6–12 drops of camphor oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier. Apply the diluted blend with gentle massage on areas like shoulders or legs for a cooling, refreshing feel.
Warning: For external use only. Camphor essential oil must be diluted before applying to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Not recommended for use on broken skin. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
