Lavender Essential Oil has a classic, calming floral aroma that’s widely used for creating soothing home scents, in soap making, candle crafting, and everyday aromatic routines. It blends well with many other essential oils and adds a gentle, familiar fragrance whether diffused, added to DIY projects, or carefully diluted for topical use.
-
Aromatic
Diffuse lavender oil in your favorite diffuser using about 3–4 drops per 100 mL of water to gently scent your space. It’s also excellent when used in reed diffusers, sprayed in DIY linen sprays, or added to potpourri blends for a relaxing atmosphere.
-
Topical
For topical use, always dilute lavender essential oil in a carrier oil first. A typical dilution is up to 2–3% for general use — roughly 6–9 drops of lavender oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier. Apply the diluted blend to wrists, neck, or shoulders, or as part of massage or calming skin care routines.
Warning: For external use only. Lavender essential oil must be diluted before applying to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
