Organic Coconut and Mint Carrier Oil + Pulling Oil

Arrived in a manilla bubble wrap, skinny envelope. The only identification of the contents was the packing label from ... 2 Pack Mint Pulling Oil 8oz. Exp: 092026 New ..... Inside are two skinny bottles of brown plastic, each one is wrapped in a shrink wrap plastic. Our family has done oil pulling for many years ... but we've found that coconut oil seems to work the best. My daughter says that it tastes ok, but really stings if you have any sore or problem in your mouth.

I researched years ago about the benefits of oil pulling. I like that it improved dental health and whitens teeth. I typically would use plain organic cold pressed coconut oil and was happy with this method. The coconut has a very pleasent taste that I have come to appreciate. I found this oil with this organic coconut mint and wanted to give it a try and I'm very happy that I did. Although, I'm unable to swish for more than eight minutes, the mint adds such a refreshing and clean feel that I did not get from coconut alone. I love that this is USDA organic coconut oil and I feel it's all natural and good quality. Please do not spit this in the sink because overtime, it can clog your drain. I highly recommend this oil.

Pulling oil is not for everyone. It's a thick and oily mouthwash, not everyone can handle the texture. But if you are looking for a pulling oil mouthwash, I highly recommend this one!!! It tastes light and pleasant, and left my mouth feeling very fresh. You don't get much better than these ingredients! 100 organic coconut oil and 100 natural peppermint oil. That's it! Pure and Simple. And it gets better... This is blended in the USA and a Florida based company. I like that. My pictures above show a very small leak that happened in transit. One of them had a very small leak in the seal. When we squeezed the bottles to see why there was oil every where, this one had a small hissing sound leak out of it.

I really enjoy the taste and texture. Its good value for money and Im gradually building up oil pulling to 5 minutes
