    Diffuse eucalyptus oil in your favorite diffuser using about 3–4 drops per 100 mL of water for a fresh, revitalizing scent. It’s also great in reed diffusers, added to DIY room sprays, or blended with other essential oils like lavender or peppermint for customized home aromas.

    For topical use, always dilute eucalyptus essential oil in a carrier oil first. A common dilution is up to 2% — roughly 6 drops of eucalyptus oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier. Apply the diluted blend to the chest area or shoulders for a cooling, refreshing feel during your care routine.
