Ginger Essential Oil has a warm, spicy, and bold scent that can help create a cozy, peaceful ambiance when diffused. When properly diluted in a carrier oil, it can also become part of a DIY skin oil to help soothe and nourish skin with a comforting, warming feel.

  1. Aromatic warmth

    Diffuse ginger essential oil using about 2–4 drops per 100 mL of water to fill your space with its warm, spicy aroma. Its bold scent pairs well with citrus or woody oils in diffusers, reed diffusers, or DIY room sprays to create an inviting, calming atmosphere.

  2. Ginger for the skin

    For topical use, always dilute ginger essential oil in a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or coconut oil. A general guideline is up to 1–2% — roughly 6–12 drops of ginger oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier. Use this diluted blend on clean skin to help support a warming, soothing feel as part of your body care routine.
