    Diffuse lavender essential oil using about 3–5 drops per 100 mL of water to fill your space with a gentle, calming scent. Its soft floral aroma helps create a peaceful atmosphere that supports relaxation and focus throughout the day.

  2. Skin soothing blends

    For topical use, always dilute lavender essential oil in a carrier oil. A typical dilution is up to 2–3% — roughly 6–9 drops per ounce (30 mL) of carrier oil. Apply the diluted blend to clean skin to enjoy its soothing and refreshing qualities as part of your daily skin care or massage routine.
