How to Use Organic Peppermint Essential Oil

Diffuser: Add approximately 3–5 drops per 100 mL of water, or follow the instructions supplied with your diffuser. Peppermint has a strong aroma, so begin with fewer drops and use it in a well-ventilated room.

Aromatic blends: Pair peppermint with lemon or another citrus oil for crisp contrast, lavender for a floral accent, rosemary or basil for an herbal profile, or cedarwood and spruce for a dry, forest-like base.

Soap and candle projects: Confirm compatibility with the selected wax, soap base or fragrance formula. Follow the base supplier's usage-rate and temperature guidance and prepare a small test batch before scaling.

Peppermint Oil for Hair and Scalp Blends

For a pre-wash hair or scalp oil, dilute Organic Peppermint Essential Oil in jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut or another compatible carrier oil. Apply the completed formula sparingly according to its directions and shampoo thoroughly afterward.

Topical Dilution and Safety
