Organic Spearmint Essential Oil has a cool, refreshing, minty aroma that makes it great for uplifting aromatherapy routines and for use in diluted body or skin care blends. Its crisp scent is often enjoyed when diffused at home and can be part of refreshing topical mixes when combined with carrier oils.

  1. Aromatic

    Diffuse spearmint oil using about 3–5 drops per 100 mL of water to fill your space with a bright, invigorating scent. It also works nicely in reed diffusers or homemade room sprays and blends well with citrus or floral oils for a fresh, clean home atmosphere.

  2. Ideal skin cleanser and massage blends

    For topical use, always dilute spearmint essential oil in a carrier oil. A general guideline is up to 1–2% — roughly 6–12 drops of spearmint oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier. This diluted blend can be used as part of a refreshing skin cleanser when mixed with mild body wash or added to massage blends for a cooling, soothing feel during relaxation.

Warning: For external use only. Spearmint essential oil must be diluted before applying to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
