  1. Daily skincare blends

    For daily skin care, add a drop of turmeric essential oil to your daily moisturizer or a facial mask to gently boost skin health. Always mix it well with your cream or mask before applying to clean skin.

  2. Calming massage blends

    For soothing massage use, dilute a few drops of turmeric essential oil in a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil. A common dilution is up to 1–2% — roughly 6–12 drops of turmeric oil per ounce (30 mL) of carrier. Massage the diluted blend into shoulders, back, or legs for a comforting experience.
