I have used this for 2 days on my hands. They were extremely dry around the fingertips and my nails were soft and peeling away in layers. Suddenly, my hands feel normal and I can touch things again without getting snagged by my dry skin. My nails feel stronger too and I can't see the layers in them. I use this once a month as a scalp treatment my hair is so healthy beautiful. It's very heavy needs to be washed out well. Not a good oil to use in the ends as it makes them wayyyy to greasy but using this as a hot oil treatment or a scalp treatment (slugging) has been working well for me. I can see my hair growing in much thicker dandruff(scalp psoriasis) isn't as bad as it was.
