    Diffuse wintergreen oil with about 3–5 drops per 100 mL of water to fill your space with a refreshing, minty scent. It also works well in reed diffusers or DIY room sprays and blends nicely with citrus or herbal essential oils for bright, uplifting home fragrance.

  2. Refreshing boost for shampoo and topical blends

    For topical use, always dilute wintergreen essential oil in a carrier oil or blend it into your shampoo base. Because it’s potent, keep dilution low — up to 1% (about 6 drops per ounce / 30 mL of carrier or shampoo). When added to shampoo, it can help give a refreshing, cooling sensation during your hair wash routine. In carrier oil blends, use the diluted mix for light massage or body care.
